Another Day
God is so awesome. He confirms His decisions; what he shares with me....no if, ands, or buts about it.
It comes to a time where we have to make decisions for our lives that will push us forward and not back. We always have a choice to hold on to pain, anger, disappointments, hurts, loves, missloves, joy, and happiness...whether good or bad it can all hold us in a place that causes us to be stagnant. Standing still does not allow for progression, change, growth, or maturation. We can’t get so caught up on anything that does not allow us to see a future. Life is about moving forward. And celebrating every day we are given.
God is so good and gracious that He will never allow anything to be stolen from us, not truly stolen...God replaces, replenishes, restores the things that seem gone. His replacements are everlasting. But when we focus on the hurt, emotion of the actions done by another and even ourselves it excludes us and covers our eyes from seeing God move in restoring, replacing, and replenishing. He is an ever moving God that we have and should always flow with. His flow takes us places we would have or could have never imagined.
We are not always aware of what and who is around us. We tend to forget even the one’s closest to us. Not necessarily on purpose but because we end up being wrapped up in our own comings and goings.
Some truly care, while there are those who are only there to get what they want. It never ceases to amaze me how devious, unreliable, and untrustworthy an individual can be who focuses only on what they want and not about the things and people around them. People fail to realize that we are not alone and we need one another. Of course there are some who we would prefer to not ever see again but we have a role we must play. But there are some that have lost their role because of their character. It was told to me, your talent will take you where your character cannot keep you... some get found out instantly while others have been playing the game for so long that they even believe their lies.
What does that mean for the world around us? Don’t really know... it looks bleak, but I serve a God who can turn it all around in one day. We just need to listen. He speaks and has so much to give us....wisdom, love, truth.
One day at a time!
